Overview

In alignment with its mission to deliver accessible and life-saving healthcare solutions, Yashlok Welfare Foundation has implemented a high-impact Emergency Medical Services (EMS) initiative in collaboration with GreenCell Mobility Private Limited.

This initiative focuses on the procurement, deployment, and facilitation of advanced ambulances to enhance emergency response capabilities and ensure timely medical assistance during critical situations, especially in underserved regions.

As part of this initiative, four fully equipped ambulances have been successfully deployed to reputed medical institutions, strengthening their ability to provide free and rapid emergency care services to the community.

Strategic Collaboration

This project has been implemented under a structured CSR framework in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, ensuring compliance, transparency, and measurable social impact.

The initiative has been executed in collaboration with GreenCell Mobility Private Limited, which has played a key role in facilitating coordination, administrative oversight, and monitoring of the project, ensuring seamless implementation across multiple locations.

Project Objective

The primary objective of this initiative is to:

  • Strengthen emergency healthcare infrastructure
  • Provide free ambulance services to the community
  • Improve response time during medical emergencies
  • Support hospitals with modern, compliant, and fully equipped ambulances
  • Reduce mortality rates by enabling access within the Golden Hour

Deployment of Ambulances

On March 12, 2026, under this CSR initiative, ambulances were handed over to leading healthcare institutions across Hisar and Telangana, ensuring broader geographic impact.

Beneficiary Hospitals

  • Maharaja Agrasen Medical College (Hisar)
  • Sir Ronald Ross Institute of Tropical & Communicable Diseases
  • Ramdevrao Hospitals
  • Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences

These institutions are now equipped to deliver enhanced emergency medical response services, directly benefiting thousands of patients.

Scope of Implementation

Under this project, Yashlok Welfare Foundation undertook the following:

  • End-to-end procurement and deployment of ambulances
  • Ensuring compliance with National Ambulance Code (AIS-125) standards
  • Coordination with hospitals for seamless integration into healthcare systems
  • Delivery of ambulances equipped with:
    • Oxygen systems and emergency kits
    • Stretchers and patient handling equipment
    • Life-saving medical support systems (BLS/ALS compliant)
  • Ensuring free access to ambulance services for the community

The ambulances are deployed strictly for non-commercial, community healthcare use, reinforcing the project’s CSR integrity.

  • Execution: Led by Yashlok Welfare Foundation
